Author Guidelines

Abstract Submission

To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, tips, terms and deadlines mentioned.

  •  
  • Papers must not have been presented/published elsewhere.
  • Abstracts must be submitted in English using the Abstract Template during the registration process.
  •  The text must be typewritten in Times New Roman; Font size – Please refer to the Abstract Template.
  • Select your preferred mode of presentation (Oral / Poster).
  • Abstract texts should have the following structure: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
  • The abstract may contain up to a maximum of 350 words.
  • The deadline for the submission of abstracts is 18 December 2024.
  • Once the abstract submission has been successful, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please ensure your email address is correct.
  • For each abstract, the Registration Fees for the presenting author should be paid as soon as possible.

Oral Presentation

  • The oral presentation will be limited to 10 minutes in total (including a 3-minute Q&A session).
  • Presentations should be made in English.
  • Presenters are encouraged to use Microsoft Power Point for their presentations.
  • The deadline to submit the oral presentation is 15 January 2025.

Poster Presentation

  • All presentations should be made in English.
  • Title, authors’ names and affiliations must be presented at the top of the poster and should be at least 60 Arial font size and have a minimum 24-point font.
  • Poster should include the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
  • Poster size should be B1 (70cm x 100cm) portrait oriented.
  • The content of your poster should have a minimum 24-point font.
  • The poster may include text, tables, figures and images but no videos or animations.
